NEED HELP?
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
• On bare nails (no cosmetic enhancements):
Apply the solution directly to clean, dry nails using the dropper. Use your fingertip to spread the product across the nail surface, sidewalls, and cuticle area. Do this twice daily (morning and evening), and always allow the product to fully absorb before putting on socks or shoes.
• On nails with cosmetic enhancements (toenail reconstruction):
Apply the solution at the free edge of the toenail. The oil-gel formula is designed to seep underneath the enhancement and reach the nail bed, creating a protective barrier against moisture. After showering, dry your feet thoroughly with a designated towel for feet and use a fan to ensure there’s no trapped moisture. Then apply the solution twice daily as directed.
Pro tip: Because the solution is oil-based, it naturally repels water and protects against athlete’s foot. Consistency and proper drying are key to faster, healthier results.
Fungal nail infections take time to heal because the organisms that cause them are deeply embedded in the nail. With our 5-step care system, you may begin to see improvements within the first 2 months. However, full results usually require 4 months to 1 year of consistent use, depending on how long you’ve had the infection and its severity.
The longer the infection has been present, the longer the recovery may take. That’s why it’s important to start treatment now and remain consistent for the best outcome.
Yes, you can — and we’ve seen proven results with clients who continue their toenail reconstructions while treating fungus. However, we recommend that you also seek care from an Advanced Pedicurist (MNT/CMP-certified) or a podiatrist for proper cleaning of the nail before cosmetic application.
If you choose to get a pedicure at a regular nail salon, we strongly suggest visiting a podiatrist first to ensure the infected nail is safely reduced and cleaned. Combining professional care with our 5-step antifungal system will give you the best and fastest results.
Most of our products are safe to use. However, the Soothen Seal Collection contains small amounts of salicylic acid, which is not recommended for:
• Individuals with diabetes, as their skin is often thinner and more sensitive.
• Individuals who have undergone chemotherapy within the last 6 months, as skin can become fragile and easily irritated.
• Individuals with eczema or other skin-thinning conditions, unless applied under the supervision of a professional.
If you have any of these conditions, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before use to ensure safety.
